I really enjoyed the Persuasive Voice webinar. It was the most interactive webinar/class I’ve attended, and it was really well done. I wish I could have participated more, but, with our office structure, it would have been too distracting to my co-workers. I have a pretty deep voice and it can be hard to use pitch and inflection effectively, so it was a timely class since I have a couple important presentations and webinars coming up. I’ve been practicing, and feel more confident that I can keep my audience’s attention. Thank you very much for letting me attend the class. I really appreciate it.
