The Partnership

Smart Access is an AI-powered frontline execution platform built for large distribution operations. As the company prepared to raise its Series A, it had meaningful traction to put in front of investors: enterprise customers, growing revenue, and a product addressing a clear operational problem across complex frontline workforces.

Smart Access came to Rexi Media while preparing to raise a Series A round, choosing Rexi Media based on its experience helping growth-stage companies develop Series A and Series B investor decks.

The Challenge

Smart Access came to us with real momentum: product in market, customers, revenue, and a large opportunity ahead of them. The work was in shaping that into a single, fast-moving story for investors.

An investor deck succeeds on hierarchy, not volume. Within the first few slides, an investor should understand what the company does, why the problem matters, why this team has traction, and why the opportunity is worth believing in now — in that order, without having to assemble the argument themselves.

The Rexi Media Approach

Rexi Media partnered with the Smart Access team to design the series A investor presentation.

First, we structured the presentation around what matters most to an investor audience, building a clear progression through Smart Access's growth, customer validation, revenue traction, and market opportunity, so each section of the deck earned the one after it.

Then Rexi Media translated that narrative into a visual system built for the room it would be presented in. Rexi Media gave key metrics and customer evidence clear hierarchy, simplified dense information, and designed each slide so an investor could scan, understand, and retain the strongest parts of the Smart Access story quickly.

The Result

$12M

Series A funding

Smart Access closed $12 million in Series A funding, led by Lobby Capital, with participation from Aspenwood Ventures and Coelius Capital.

The deck gave the leadership team a clearer, more confident way to present the business and made Smart Access's traction easy for investors to see at a glance.
